🎭 Twelfth Night at Leighton Buzzard Library Theatre

3–5 July 2025
Book tickets here

This local production brings Twelfth Night to the intimate Library Theatre stage in Leighton Buzzard. The space is well loved for its cosy atmosphere and easy access, making it a great choice for an evening of classic comedy.

We’ve performed at this venue ourselves in the past — it’s a great setting if you like your Shakespeare up close in a traditional theatre/cinema location.

🏛️ Twelfth Night at Shakespeare’s Globe, London

8 August – 25 October 2025
Book tickets here

For a full-scale Elizabethan experience, it’s hard to beat the Globe. This year’s Twelfth Night promises the theatre’s signature blend of bold direction and period staging, with standing “groundling” tickets available from just £5 (albeit up to £80 for best seats).

It’s a magical venue — but be warned, it’s a longer run with bigger crowds and London prices.

What’s Twelfth Night About?

A shipwreck, mistaken identities, secret love letters, and a whole lot of gender-swapping chaos.

Viola disguises herself as a man, falls in love with a Duke, who’s in love with a Countess, who falls for Viola-in-disguise. Meanwhile, servants play tricks, fools turn wise, and love finds its way — hilariously — in the end.

It’s one of Shakespeare’s best-loved comedies for good reason: fast, funny, and full of heart.

Helping your choose

Is Twelfth Night suitable for children?
Yes! While the language is Shakespearean, the story is clear, and our production in Berkhamsted includes music, visual comedy, and a shorter running time to keep it engaging.

Can I compare all productions before booking?
Absolutely. We believe there’s no such thing as too much Shakespeare — but if you can only see one, we hope it’s ours!
